Customs, Duties & Taxes

For orders shipped outside the European Union, customs duties, import taxes, or other local charges may apply.

These charges are determined by the destination country and are the responsibility of the customer.

Get Lit is not responsible for delays caused by customs clearance procedures.


Incorrect Shipping Information

Customers are responsible for providing accurate shipping information.

If an order is returned due to an incorrect or incomplete address provided by the customer, additional shipping charges may apply for reshipment.


Lost or Delayed Shipments

Once an order has been handed over to the shipping carrier, delivery times are controlled by the carrier.

While we will gladly assist in locating delayed shipments, Get Lit cannot guarantee carrier delivery times.

If a shipment appears to be lost, please contact us and we will work with the carrier to investigate the issue.


Damaged Parcels

If your package arrives visibly damaged, please:

  1. Take photographs of the package and contents.
  2. Contact us as soon as possible.
  3. Include your order number and photographs.

We will review the situation and provide an appropriate solution.
