Returns
We want you to be happy with your purchase. If you are not completely satisfied, you may return eligible items within 14 days of receiving your order.

Conditions for Returns
Returned items must:
- Be unused and unburned;
- Be in their original condition;
- Be returned in their original packaging where possible;
- Be returned within 14 days after notifying us of the return.
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is defective, damaged during transport, or incorrect.
Handmade Products
All Get Lit products are handcrafted.
Natural variations in color, texture, shape, wax patterns, and appearance are part of the handmade nature of our products and are not considered defects.
Non-Returnable Items
For health, hygiene, and safety reasons, we cannot accept returns of:
- Candles that have been lit or burned;
- Opened incense products;
- Opened herbal products;
- Custom-made products;
- Personalized products;
- Products made according to customer specifications.
Damaged or Incorrect Items
If your order arrives damaged or you receive the wrong item, please contact us within 7 days of delivery.
Please include photographs showing:
- The item received;
- The packaging;
- Any visible damage.
If the claim is approved, we will offer a replacement, store credit, or refund, depending on the situation.
Refunds
Once a returned item has been received and inspected, we will notify you regarding the approval of your refund.
Approved refunds will be issued using the original payment method whenever possible.
Refunds are typically processed within 14 days after the returned goods have been received.
Order Cancellations
Orders may be cancelled before they have been shipped.
Once an order has been dispatched, it falls under the standard return policy described above.
