Validity of the Sales Contract, Product and Price Information

These Terms and Conditions apply when purchasing goods from the Online Store.

The prices of products sold in the Online Store are displayed next to the products. Delivery charges are added where applicable.

All prices displayed in the Online Store are in Euros (€).

Delivery costs depend on the customer’s location and the selected delivery method. Delivery charges are displayed during checkout.

Product information is provided directly alongside each product in the Online Store.


Placing an Order

To order products, the customer must add the desired products to the shopping cart.

To complete an order, the customer must fill in the required information fields and select a preferred delivery method.

The total amount payable will then be displayed and can be paid securely using available payment methods, including:

  • Estonian bank links
  • Finnish bank links
  • Latvian bank links
  • Lithuanian bank links
  • Visa / Mastercard
  • Apple Pay
  • Google Pay
  • PayPal
  • Other payment methods displayed at checkout

Payments are processed by Maksekeskus AS.

Payment takes place outside the Online Store in a secure payment environment. Bank link payments are processed in the secure environment of the respective bank, while card payments are processed in the secure environment of Maksekeskus AS.

The Online Store does not have access to the customer’s banking or card information.

The sales contract enters into force once the payment has been received.

The Online Store is the controller of personal data and transfers the personal data necessary for payment processing to the authorized processor Maksekeskus AS.

If the ordered goods cannot be delivered due to being out of stock or for any other reason, the customer will be informed as soon as possible and any payments made will be refunded without delay, but no later than within 14 days.


Delivery

Products are shipped worldwide.

Available delivery methods may include:

  • Omniva parcel terminals
  • DPD parcel terminals
  • Smartpost Itella parcel terminals
  • Courier delivery services where available

Delivery costs are borne by the customer and are displayed during checkout.

Orders within Estonia generally arrive within 2–5 business days after the sales contract enters into force.

International orders generally arrive within 5–14 business days, depending on destination and shipping provider.

International delivery times vary depending on destination and shipping provider.

In exceptional circumstances, delivery may take up to 45 calendar days.


Right of Withdrawal

Customers have the right to withdraw from a distance sales contract within 14 days after receiving the goods.

The right of withdrawal does not apply to legal entities.

To exercise the right of withdrawal, the customer must notify the Online Store by email at getlit.hello@gmail.com within 14 days of receiving the goods.

To qualify for a return, products must:

  • Be unused;
  • Be in their original condition;
  • Be returned in their original packaging where possible.

Due to the handmade nature of our products, slight variations in color, texture, shape, size, wax patterns, and appearance are natural characteristics of handcrafted goods and shall not be considered defects.

For health, hygiene, and safety reasons, the following products cannot be returned once opened, used, burned, or otherwise altered after delivery:

  • Candles that have been lit or burned;
  • Opened incense products;
  • Opened herbal products;
  • Custom-made or personalized products.

The customer bears the direct cost of returning the goods unless the returned item is defective, damaged during transport, or differs from what was ordered.

The customer must return the goods within 14 days after submitting the withdrawal notice.

The Online Store will refund all payments received from the customer without undue delay and no later than 14 days after receiving the returned goods or proof that the goods have been shipped back.

The Online Store may withhold the refund until the returned goods have been received or proof of return shipment has been provided.


Exceptions to the Right of Withdrawal

The right of withdrawal does not apply to:

  • Custom-made products;
  • Personalized products;
  • Products made according to customer specifications;
  • Products that cannot be returned for hygiene or safety reasons once opened, where permitted by applicable law.

Defective Products and Complaints

The Online Store is responsible for non-conformity or defects that existed at the time the product was delivered.

If a defect appears, the customer must contact the Online Store as soon as possible, but no later than within two months after discovering the defect.

When submitting a complaint, please include:

  • Order number;
  • Description of the issue;
  • Photographs where applicable.

If the Online Store is responsible for the defect, the product will be repaired, replaced, or refunded.

The Online Store will respond to complaints within 15 days.


Direct Marketing and Personal Data Processing

The Online Store uses personal data provided by customers solely for order processing and delivery.

Personal data may be shared with shipping providers for the purpose of delivering orders.

The Online Store sends newsletters and promotional offers only if the customer has given consent.

Customers may unsubscribe from marketing communications at any time by following the unsubscribe instructions included in emails or by contacting us directly.

If the customer and the Online Store cannot resolve a dispute through negotiation, the customer may contact the Estonian Consumer Disputes Committee (Tarbijavaidluste komisjon).
